It is no mere mechanical device for defining the sphere within which the individual may duly exercise his supposed rights. It is the Wheel of law (Dharma chakra). Therefore it has chosen as its emblem the bundled Lictor's rods, the symbol of unity, strength, and justice." The emblem of the "Lictor's rods of Fascism is the same as the Dharma chakra or the emblem of the wheel of law of Buddhism. The honor of the in dividual is the honor of the nation. It is what right you can do for yourself, what right you can do for the nation, what right nation is o.bliged to herself, and what right the nation can do for you.
